This schedule is tentative and subject to change. Each service requires ~45 min on average.
Services Contracted:
5 Makeup: 1 Makeup, 1 Makeup - Bridal, 3 Makeup - Bridesmaid
5 Hair: 1 Hair - Blowout, 1 Hair - Bridal, 1 Hair - Bridesmaid, 2 Hair - Short
Time Hair Makeup 11:30am Stevee Lynn / Sarah ($40) Tami Maxwell / Mother of Bride ($65) 12:15pm Stevee Lynn / Mother of Bride ($65) Tami Maxwell / Stephanie ($80) 1:00pm Stevee Lynn / Stephanie ($65) Tami Maxwell / Sarah ($80) 1:45pm Stevee Lynn / Bride ($140) Tami Maxwell / Lucy ($80) 2:30pm Stevee Lynn / Lucy ($80) Tami Maxwell / Bride ($140) COST and PAYMENT
In full consideration for all services rendered by the Artists, the Client agrees to pay the remaining balance in U.S. funds on the event date at the location specified. The Client will pay each Artist for services rendered in cash, check or credit card (4% additional charge).
A deposit of $75 is required to hold the date: PAID AND CREDITED
Balance due on Thursday, July 3rd, 2014
Total Due $760 cash/check (or $791 if paying by credit card)
Makeup: $240 (3X Makeup Bridesmaid @$80) = $240
Hair: $130 (2X Hair Short @$65) = $130
Deposit: (–$75 deposit)
OBLIGATION Artists’ obligation to provide services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the Artists as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the Artist’s control.
CANCELLATION In the event Client cancels the Wedding less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date, Client will be charged 50% of the total cost against the credit card on file.
ADVERTISING The Client allows Unveiled to take photos either before and/or after for advertising purposes.
